Hi, I'm Andy

 

 

A little history about myself:  I have been around and in construction since I was a child. My Father was a General Contractor  and Home Builder, so I have literally grown up in contruction. I have had my own constuction business here in Florida since 1988. I am a State of Florida Licensed Home Inspector, certified Wind Mitigation Specialist and a member in good standing of the "International Association of Certified Home Inspectors".  I also carry above the required limits for business insurance, adding to your important peace of mind!

 

If you simply want a quick "once over" look at your property, I am not your man. However, if you are wanting an in-depth inspection of your property purchase - from top to bottom and front to back, please give me a call. As a long time small business owner and homeowner myself, I truly know how important your time and money is - don't waste either on a "so-so" inspection.
